VYSSAS garlic has been cultivated in the Nea Vyssa region of Evros since 1923 and remains one of the primary crops of the area. This traditional Greek variety is distinguished by its white bulbs with subtle purple iridescence, its strong aroma, and a high concentration of essential oil. The bulbs weigh 90-110 grams and offer superior quality and flavor, making them ideal for fresh consumption and cooking. Available in 5kg and 10kg packages.
