BIZON is a spring barley variety with very high nutritional value (protein content among the highest in the market). Short plants and high resistance to lodging. It offers excellent yield potential, with yields reaching up to 7 tons per hectare (according to CoBoRu in 2021). This variety features a late earing date and medium full maturity, making it suitable for medium soil requirements and tolerance to soil acidification. High tolerance to drought stress. Very large, coarse grain with high TGW.
